Different Covers for New Characters

I am getting really sick of this problem. Take Spider-Gwen as an example. I made the top hundred, got a red cover. The alliance got into the top hundred, got a red cover. Now the PVP is here, and the reward for getting to 1000 is yet another red cover. Could you PLEASE vary the cover so that the only people with more than one power aren't the super whalers? It would be rather nice if the reward for personal top hundred were a different cover from the alliance cover, which would be different than the PVP 1000 cover. That way, a reasonable effort from a person in a good guild nets them at least one cover of each skill.
