I nominate star lord.

easy fixes:

red - damage fires immediately, countdown lasts longer and increases enemy ability costs to 3 at 5 covers

yellow - reduces all friendly ability costs by 3 at 5 covers

purp - replaces 1 countdown tile with his own and takes out 1 other random enemy countdown tiles for each cover. increase the damage. if yellow is active, damage fires immediately.

just some tweaks to make him more usable.
