I have a bunch of 3 stars looking to get maxed, but I have no ISO at all. I only get about 4k a day, which is nothing. I use the PvP rewards, which are my best sources, but idk what else...

Play PvP. Play PvE. Play DDQ. Play as many seed teams as possible in the lightning rounds.

LRs are pretty important. and learning to play without boosting is important. and then playing pve (~3 clears or so) and farming those 500iso nodes. i made a point to see how much iso i could earn yesterday and it was dang near 90K (with no FB rewards). 9 LRs (several t50s, but all to at least 250) plus 3 pve clear (with cp and 500iso farming), a pvp event end, and i opened all tokens. will go back to hoarding today probably, but LR times, mainly Wednesdays are very, very lucrative.

edit: sorry, bad spreadsheet column really mess that number up. real number was more like 50K yesterday - still really good. (I questioned 90K, but hey, it came from a spreadsheet lol)

Deadpool nets at least 4200 if you have the feature. Next - lightning rounds are the most lucrative. Get in as early as possible (there's a sticky thread on this) - you net quite a bit if you can finish up through the 250 point node for relatively little effort, but if you don't get in at the seed teams it's going to drain resources.

After that, I'd recommend you go social. I've recently shared my FB profile with my alliance and have gotten ~ 500-600 Iso/day for doing essentially nothing, other than sharing my own rewards.

At the end - PvP and PvE. With the removal of 20 iso, you can now grind out the PvE nodes for max prizes without having to guess. You have to balance playtime with rewards vs tier placement, but if you're just looking for Iso it behooves you to grab those high-value targets rather than wait for optimal refresh times if there's any chance you won't gather them before the end of the event. PvP - enter every event and go as far as you can. I don't think there's any magic bullet there - unlike a lighting round, the seed teams might be more bane than boon. Great for early points if you're just aiming for the lowest tier rewards, but in the long game they put a target on your back early-on.

The whole game is designed to be long-play. Other than spending ridiculous amounts of cash on it, there's no easy way to level a character.
