Buff Remaining After Act of Treason

I have no creatures in play, but do have Call of the Full Moon cast

I use Act of Treason to pull over opponent's Outland Colossus, it gains the buff from Call of the Full Moon, attacks opponent, and returns to them.

Buff from Call of the Full Moon remains on Outland Colossus for remainder of match.

Its probably not supposed to work that way?
