Tiny fix to event banners - stop moving them!

I find this really noticeable on the weekly Lightning round... countdown to the round appears at the end of the event list, once the event starts it "pops" to the front.

Why?

Why not leave it in the same spot? This makes clicking on the event problematic and (on phones) you have to scroll to the left to re-locate it.
