Make certain 4*s easier to max out

We all agree that certain 4*s are top tier (HB, JG, Iceman, Cyclops), and that others are total garbage (IW, Elektra, Star Lord, Mr. F).

So I think that the garbage 4*s should be much, much much much easier to max out. They should cost half the ISO to level up, maybe even less. That way there would be an actual incentive to level them up, instead of it being just for the champion rewards. It would be nice to pay the current iso price for a great 4* such as HB and then pay much less for a bad one so that you could get the thrill of actually using a bad 4* at a level where maybe it might be somewhat decent.

Maybe Elektra is really good at lv 270! I'd love to get a chance to find out!

    Alternatively, they should be fixing/buffing the weak characters in batches as opposed to limiting it to one character every 2 weeks (Quicksilver, 2 weeks later IM40, 2 weeks later Vision) - they can look at the numbers or these forums to know which characters need attention. I would rather have these garbage characters to be brought on-par than to have them be cheaper.
