Undo some of the nerfs

During our play of this game, many characters have taken some nerfings.
Three that stand out were:
Sentry
X-force
4star Thor

These characters are now normally sitting on the shelf, except when powered up, and they used to be the must have characters.
They were nerfed because everybody was using them, and there was not enough alternate choices out there.
Why not undo the nerfings? The 5 stars and other 4 stars will still own the land, but people who invested in these characters a long time ago, won't feel punished.
Sentry was supposed to be one of the most powerful characters in the Marvel universe, now he is a steaming pile of garbage.
One would think Girl Thor could stand up to most of the 4 stars, but nope, she is too slow and expensive.
How often do people see X-force now these days?
