Losing ribbons

Ok, so collected my daily reward just as they refreshed and wouldn't you know it, all my quick play progress seemingly reset along with it. I was rank 1 with around 280 ribbons, mythic guaranteed and all, now I'm rank 200-ish, zero ribbons. I checked the top player rankings and everything thing looked the same, except from me being removed from rank 1.

Is this supposed to happen? I demand I get that Mythic!!

It's a bug that we have to deal with since the beginning of the blue event. Most of the times it seems to happen after one switches PW.
