Use or sell my 2* covers, if 3* is not a champ?

I nearly have all 3*s fully covered but most are around 104/114. I'm racking up 2* covers but don't know whether to cash them in or not. For example the next Storm 2* cover I cash in will give me a green 3* Storm, which is already fully ranked. I don't have enough ISO to level the 3* and champ her so do I wait until I do, and sell all the 2* covers I get? Or do I keep levelling the 2* and let the 3* cover go to waste? This applies to Daken, Wolverine, Torch etc etc

Any advice welcome. Apologises if there is already a thread on this

    For me, I'd keep leveling the 2*s and sell off the 3*s that come along. Fact is that you're not going to be able to champion everyone in the game without spending truly incredible amounts of both time and money on it. Also, 3* covers just aren't all that rare anymore, if you do end up wanting to champion 3* storm, then the most you'll have to wait to get her again is about 40 days when her DDQ rolls around again.

    Remember that a sold cover is not "wasted", it's still iso.

    4* covers are a whole different situation.

    Fair points, 3*s are a lot less rare these days and I won't want to champ everyone.
