Adding a Health boost

I would like to suggest adding health boost. Similar to critical and AP boost not health packs. Adding to fully healed characters only. Adding 10% of their health stackable to 50% total. This might help with players that run into scaling issues that are considered abnormally and not major scaling issues. Just an idea I had. Thanks
