    DisHonorable mentions for IM35, Juggs, Venom.

    Since the R91 rebalancing, each rarity tier seems to have a separate scaling curve on abilities. The 1* curve is absolutely anemic. 2* is a bit much better.

    1*s - 4*s have essentially identical match damage.

    So ... worst team, lowest health with weakest abilities, the 1* women. Sorry, ladies.

    I have in the past been taken down by MBW and MoStorm going Winfinite on my sorry ****. And they do so little damage that it was just so slow. But with Storm's green generating AP and both her green and yellow board shaking, they cascaded plenty of AP.

    And then as my characters came off stun the game happily rotated them to the front so they could take another five rounds of dirtnap. And Storms hailstorm would tick for an irrelevant amount of damage and we would go around again.

    I retreated after about 40 turns of hopelessness.

    The 1*s are doing way less damage per AP.

    550 Juggs may have 180K health, but his headbutt only does 10K damage.

    My Iceman was doing 40-60K damage per enemy and his Punch a Snowman does over 60K.

    As others have said, juggs headbutt is only doing 10k. To put it in perspective iron fist is doing 5.5k with attack tile damage only and 2* obw can push out 9k+ matches with the right teams.

    Wow, they really don't want him actually devouring anyone. They should rename the power "Gentle Caressing Nibble".

  • I actually find Juggernaught pretty tame this BoP. 10k damage is nothing...
  • So what is a good quick team now? Its disappointing to see that it seems to just be the top characters you'd use in every other match...

    2*s don't scale nearly as well as 3*s. There is no reason to bring Storm, Ares or OBW along. They've kind of completely lost the whole point of this event, in that all characters were supposed to be equal. (which they kind of were if you ignored Juggernaught).

    What exactle wrong here? 10k is pretty low for 6 red.
    For example IF deals 35k for 5 mana (if 12+ black). even his passive deals half the damage of headbutt... Juggernaut is pretty weak. He is only good for high HP.
  • It seems the Devs didn't want 1*s to be a factor for this event. And since 2*s seem to scale much worse than 3*'s they aren't really either...

    Kind of feels like they've forgotten what this event was supposed to be about. It used to be every character is useful so everyone can play it, compete and come up with some wacky combinations.
    Now it just seems to be "hey look, we've brought the 5* players back down to reality for a single event. Everyone else carry on using your Fist/Jean/Ice Busters as they are still the best team here".

    In this event yes. But if you put my regular guys up against him in PvE....

    In this event yes. But if you put my regular guys up against him in PvE....
    For me all heroes are now capped at 325 lvl (in gaunlet)

    BOP was never balanced with the 270 cap. The only characters that benefited from it the most those that had strong powers 3* and lower like 3* Cyclops, Juggernaut, etc. Now that the damage curve changes have been made with the introduction of 5 stars, we've known just how good some 4* were going to get in advance just off champion levels and the busted boosts we had at first.

    As for Fist/Jean/Ice Buster, there are a lot more viable teams this time around. I ran many combinations centered around X-23 and just off my first 10 health packs, I climbed from 0 to 1k in points hours ago when the leader in my bracket was only at 650 points. This PvP is really just ISO grind in the off season and character testing on who next to take to 270 for championing.

    4cyc jg oml(paltry covers) got me to 1k without shields. Not gonna bother wasting hp on this event since it's offseason. Just grabbing the needed hb cover and I'm done!

    That would suck to fight. Devil Dino constantly waving those stupid little arms, followed by the Five Nights at Symbiote's jumpscare. DD using green, Carnage red, then Doc Oc blue wrecking all those attack tiles you gave the enemy. I might still fight it, but I'd hate it.

    Say, try Loki and Jean Grey on defense. Attackers have to avoid 4 and 5 matches for so long. Good red nuke like Cyclops or Cyclops makes it a nail-biter. Sorry, this was supposed to be worst teams, wasn't it?

    Yes, the five turn target stun can do some impressive stuff. Hit a 166 team in simulator with my 1 stars, expecting to die and leave them as weak defense bait. Was SWitch, GSBW, Prof X. Shows how much they really need a conscious mind behind them. Kept them purple starved and stunned out SWitch first, then Prof. Lost Storm, but Armored Assault mitigated damage enough to get a win that I'll remember for a long time.

    3k damage is nothing when fighting an IMHB w/ about double the health of the 5*s and doing over 5k per AP.

    Actually, i have 2 question about this new ""Balance of power" it seen bugged (nothing new here)

    First, why is my OBW doing the same match making damage than my Colossus, 2* allways had less matchmaking damage on previous balance of power than a 3*

    Second, why is my OBW TANKING... colossus black AND TU when she is in the THIRD position of the team...
