Color tanked incorrectly - or am I missing something?

I am playing with the following team:

Champ 3* cyclops, level 168
Black dmg: 62, blue dmg: 12

Champ iron fist, level 170
Black dmg: 62

Loki level 127,
Blue dmg: 12


Cyke is in the central position, loki on left and iron fist on right
Since the colors I listed above have the same damage, I expected to see cyke tanking both blue and black... but this doesn't happen! Iron fist gets black (and I thought that the explanation to this could be he is at an higher level, but still, this didn't happen in the past) and loki gets blue! And I have absolutely no explanation for this.

Is this a bug, or the tanking system has changed?
I tried this on the prologue missions too, so is not a problem of boosted characters

It's either because of fractions, or because of randomness.

Still happening... any chance it will be corrected, or is it "normal" behaviour now?

As simonsez mentioned, it is probably not a bug but do to fractions.
