The effect +2/+2 to all creatures does not stack on the same creature.
So until you add a new creature on the board activating again does only heal.
Pls fix.

Yep, I'm observing this too.

I've seen this too. It seems each creature can only get the +2/+2 bonus once. If you add a new creature to the board and trigger Dwynen, the animation will show all of your creatures receiving some kind of magical boost, but only creatures which have not previously received the +2/+2 bonus will have their stats increased.

I noticed this also. I believe I saw the animation proc, but not the effect.
