Predator and Prey PvP: No seed teams?

I had no seed teams for Predator and Prey today. A few other players reported the same thing but it doesn't seem to be the case for everybody. Bugged?

    Depending on when you join, when you check the nodes, and who else is in your bracket, sometimes you can miss out on seed teams. I had seed teams for Predator and Prey.
