Meeting Of The Minds Quick Battle Update (2/5/16)

Hi Everyone -

A few of our players are reporting that in the “Meeting of the Minds” event, the leaderboard ranges are not being tracked properly. The issue is being fixed at the moment but unfortunately players will keep experiencing the issue until the reset of the rooms, which will happen later today (Friday) at 6:00PM PST. All new players who join the rooms after the fix will no longer experience the issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience during the “Meeting of the Minds” Quick Battle and the team will meet today and work on future compensation for any missing rewards for players that were affected during this battle.

We are also aware of some additional bugs that players are experiencing and we will have an update on them as soon as we can.

    Glad to hear only a "few" of us are experiencing lack of pvp progress and bugs. Lol. Boo!

    Glad to see we've been heard ! And that you've fixed it... 
    EDIT : yeah, forget what I said - I should have posted AFTER testing...
2 match, 1 reset = 100% bugged for me (I won't bother playing any more)

    Now, do we need to do anything to make sure we're part of the compensation ? Because I haven't opened a ticket, only posted in the forum.

    And now I just have to wait 2 weeks to have a chance at the blue event... Great...

    It's not fixed. The ladder rank score is still resetting.

    Looks like they don't run any tests before announcing a fix, and let players do for them...

    Another round of compensation ?? that makes a lot... if we ever get them one day.

    Yup, my ladder score just got reset again. Lost 39 points like that. This is ridiculous.

    Yep, the display bug is gone, but scores are still resetting. Weeee

    To those saying it's not fixed, were you talking about the blue event or the new green event? At least for me, the green event is fixed.

    The green one.

    You can't tell if it's truly fixed for you, until one day you get a score reset... But good for you if you feel confident.
    On blue event, I didn't have a reset every single time I switched PW - it happened sporadically (and of course after having spent a few hours... for nothing).
    This time, the reset came after only 1 match (+switch PW).

    Switching a planeswalker resets the rank/ladder and the app closes/Crash

    My points reset at the new event. I lost more than 300 ribbons. Please do something to address the issue. Username: Maci87

    Hi - We are working on this fix at the moment and thought we had it fixed for Primal Grudge. We plan to have everything set and ready to go for the next Quick Battle that will be starting shortly. Thanks.

    Thank you for an acknowledgement of the issue. Any word on whether or not people who got their ranks reset will be compensated in any way?
