All credit to ecoKady and this thread for getting it started. I just took the detail there, extrapolated a little, and put it all together since it seems like ecoKady isn't updating it anymore.

MANY levels are unconfirmed! Others are guesses based on estimates, created to fit the facts of what numbers we know for sure.

There may be more variance within the levels, but it's nearly impossible to tell without a level-up button that works (i.e. stops on a level break). For example, from my own notes I wrote down that level 19 took 695 to reach, but level 20 was 710. It's likely my 695 was wrong, but then again maybe the pattern has a lot more variance. If anyone can provide alternate numbers, please feel free to do so. Hopefully the totals for every 6th level are correct at least, since those are the most important.

Anyone have any data for the new planeswalkers? I just got Kiora and ~57k only got her to level 40 and 40->41 takes over 2400.

Don't have the full data for all the new planeswalkers, but levelling Kiora from 1 to 60 took me approximately 111k runes.

Leveling Ajani and Sarkhan from 50-60 took from 5k to 12k runes per level, ascending as they went.

Totally worth it in the end, but it certainly wasn't easy.

It's not impossible to determine the amount of Runes (XP) required for each level you just need the right information. Here's a chart I created with the info needed and the results. So far my data shows in error in a couple of your numbers above. This was done for Liliana (if that matters).

Starting Runes: This is the number of runes you have before you level your Planeswalker.
Final Runes: This is the number of runes you have after you level your Planeswalker.
Runes Spent: This is "Final Runes" minus "Starting Runes". This is a calculated value.
Starting Runes to Level: This is the number of Runes needed by your Planeswalker to go up a level.
Excess Runes Spent: This is the "Runes Spent" minus "Starting Runes to Level". This is a calculated value.
Final Runes to Level: After you have leveled you will get a new value. This is the new number of Runes required to hit your next level.

Actual Needed for Next Level: Now you can calculate the actual number of Runes needed for your next level. It's just the "Final Runes to Level" plus "Excess Runes Spent"

I created a chart for Liliana Levels 6 through 25 (then I ran out of Runes).
