The link in the stickies topic goes to an FAQ. How do you submit a ticket?

    There's a link at the top that reads "Submit a request" which will take you to the form you need to fill out.

    I just checked and couldn't see the link on the mobile view of the site. I had to switch to the full site.

    Dumb question but - how do you switch to the full site on a mobile device? I can't find the usual link. Or did you mean you used a laptop/desktop to view the forum?
