Difference between a "basic booster" and a "booster pack"

In the rewards. My first instinct is a basic booster is a 225 rune pack, but I have more faith in you guys than that.

    That was my interpretation as well: "basic booster" = 3 card rune pack, "booster pack" = 5 card normal pack.
