lost boosters, cannot claim reward?!?!

Hello support people of D3 Go!

I play MtGPQ on Android, and two issues happened in last 2 weeks:

1. I bought a box of boosters, and opened 3 boosters - the rest DISAPPEARED when i clicked main menu. The FAQ says the rest of the boosters are opened by default, but it was not the case. Do i get the boosters, EVER, or do I get the refund??? Any of it would be seriously nice.

2. The "Claim" button on daily reward button does not work every day. Why? Just - why???
