Also lost my fat pack on day 31

This is so damn frustrating... I made sure I was keeping track of the days. And it just reset on me. Right back to day one. But now when I log in. They are showing a reward for 250 crystals. But when i click on it. It does nothing. And the fat pack is blank white.
