Account transfer!

I did a search for this topic, but the answer for the other user didn't work for me. Hope this is the right place to post this. I recently got my repaired phone back and am unable to transfer my account.

I made sure both were linked to Facebook, properly, as that was apparently the other users problem.

Weird thing is on my new phone, after connecting to Google Play and Facebook, it still gave me name selection, so I put in my account name (Poetic) and instead of saying it was taken, it just started me at level 1 in Nissa's tutorial.

What else can I try? Account still works on my old phone (although my daily reward reset two hours after I collected my 300 runes).

I don't care about the daily reward (much...) but can't get my damn account working on this phone!
