Game crashes after a few minutes

It's bad. The game loads up fine and then freezes after a few minutes, sometimes mid-match. I can't even exit out. I need to remove my battery from the phone to restart. If this keeps up, I'll need to quit my alliance and the game.

I have T-Mobile on a Samsung Galaxy Note 3. I just finally stopped paying the monthly payments for it. I won't buy a new phone just so I can keep playing mpq. I gotta draw the line somewhere.

Also, I have submitted a ticket already.
