Wait you lost your first 40 games and then won 1000 in a row?

I only have 700, but someone (jerk) in my bracket keeps playing and forcing me to play too.

Sigh.

I'd be happy with 100 wins if noone else was playing lol.

Something like 65% or more of my game losses have come from mid-game freezes where I have to force close the app and restart. The rest of the losses are from me force quitting the app due to an unwinnable board - I don't feel like playing out a loss for a measly 50 runes.

I guess if the app force closes before a match finishes it registers as a loss, but not as a streak breaker.

Also, I'm willing to bet there are zero rewards for placement during this first PvP slog. I find myself distractedly playing games while binge watching shows on Netflix. Winter + newborn in the household means I'm not going out much right now.

I am currently sitting at 340 wins and 55 losses, but I'd like to think someday I'll be at 1000. I think my best streak was 50+ wins with Jace and Gideon (the Jace deck I have is pretty much unbeatable, so I have been experimenting with some success with Liliana).

I also have newborns at home...two of them! This game is a great fit for not really having time to do much but still wanting a quick fix for something with some depth and strategy. I am curious how many other fathers of newborns are dealing with some stress by playing some relaxing games of MTGPQ???

I hit 800 wins about 2 weeks ago, but due to burnout, have played a measly 50 games over the past 2 weeks. Just collecting dailies and waiting for the update since I've got high level walkers and 200+ different cards

If the pvp continues to be who plays the most, I'm bound to be apart of the most hated club as I have no problem playing over 100 matchs in a day if I will feel rewarded

Congrats tho. Wish you were in my bracket to help push me. I though after 2 weeks I'd find some competition but I'm still double 2nd place

Some jerk is actually making me work for first so I decided to stop.

I don't want to play a mobile game for hours. I'd settle for top 10 for every event, it is really quite easy.
