Loss of account

I just replaced my phone, and when I downloaded MPQ onto my new phone, it completely reset the whole thing, without any of my characters/progress that I had spent two years building, as well as a rather large amount of gift money on. What am I doing wrong, or is this something that I've simply lost.

If you had your account synced with Facebook, you should be able to read that data (after playing through the tutorial again). If not, you should open a customer support ticket.
