Locked Out By Update Message

For the last few days, I kept getting a message that an update was available, but I already have the latest update. There was an option to skip the update and, even though it was a little annoying, I could get around it. Now I can't access the game because the only option available is to click okay and go to the store too update to the latest version, which is not available, so I click "OPEN" to go back to the game, only to get the same message again and be forced back to the store. I can't even send a ticket because I can't go into settings.

    I've been unable to duplicate this on an iphone 4s, 5s, or 6. Which device do you have? What iOS version are you on? How much available memory do you have left?
