4* covers from championing

Hi

I am sorry but I can't seem to find the list of which 4* each 3* champion is giving. I have tried different sections of the forum and search - nothing. So if anybody has that at hand please send me a link and this thread can be deleted (for all I know this might be a sticky somewhere but it just eludes me).
