Jab Jab CROSS without a previous countdown.

I just had a match where an opposing Luke Cage used Jab Jab Cross for the first time, then the next turn he made a 5-match of black including his JJC countdown tile, then the turn after, he used JJC again and got the whole effect (4k+ damage and stun) even though there was no cd tile on the board. I'm assuming that the critical tile from the 5-match inherited the JJC tile properties (the JJC tile was the middle tile in that match).
