purchase issue.. anybody had this happen?

I bought the big box 14 booster pack with 600 crystals I just earned. I opened 6 packs and then accidentally hit the back button on my phone. I went back to the booster screen but there was no indication of the 8 packs that were left. So, I swiped the game closed.

I logged back in, but i can't find the remaining 8 packs anywhere. I already contacted support, but I'm wondering if I'm just not looking in the right place? I checked all menu options, but it's not super intuitive...

If anybody can help I'd appreciate it.

    It seems that if you don't open manually each booster, for exemple by hitting "Back" by mistake, they are nonetheless open in the background, and the cards are added to the inventory. Could you check if you now have more cards than before, and possibly of you have new cards.

    If that's the case, you simply missed the fun and thrill of opening your booster packs one by one (and I know this is a great motivator for me in this game icon_e_biggrin.gif ). If all the cards are missing, a support ticket is the best you can do.

    Given how buggy the game is, it's no surprise this happened. I expect there is no code to cover such an eventuality.

    This would have been the logical outcome, and I thought that this might be the case... But no. With 8 packs left I was sure to draw more rares, and ionly have the rares I opened in the first 6 packs (which was about 10 rares)

    Also, I only have 148 cards total. Seeing as how 14 packs x 5 cards is 70 cards on its own, and I know I've bought far more than 25 rune sized boosters, it's safe to say the rest of my big box packs are missing.

    You can find any cards you purchased or earned, but haven't opened yet, in The Vault. If you believe you are missing a purchase, definitely open a ticket with Customer Support so they can investigate and assist:

    Yep, support got back to me and echoed the same idea that the packs should have opened automatically.. I still feel this didn't actually happen the way it was supposed to and asked if they can look into how many pack purchases I have made and how many cards I should have in my inventory as a result. Since there is no way to delete, exchange or otherwise reduce your collection yet this should be fairly easy especially since I only started playing about a week ago and this was my first and only crystal purchase to date.

    Mods, you can close this thread, hopefully support can give me an answer one way or another.
