Bring Back Character LR's

Way back when Lightning Rounds used to be great for those of us who really needed covers for a certain character. How about a throwback to those days? With the mass influx of new characters and the less than favourable odd of pulling specific characters from the tokens won it could take what seems like an eternity to get what you either need or want.

I know that with such a huge selection of characters avaliable it make take a few weeks for your desired one to rotate in but surely it is better than waiting for the odds on token pulls to be in your favour?
