Can you add commas to numbers, please?

This is such a minor quibble I know. But it's kinda hard to read a long number without a break in it.

So when I see the current event is at 12869858 of 40000000 it's really hard to figure out what that means.
Instead, it should be written as 12,869,858 of 40,000,000, so I know it's about thirteen million out of forty million.

I know different countries use different methods of conveying large integer breaks, a lot of mediteranian countries use a comma as a decimal point and a period as an integer break. But it can't be that hard to impliment, surely? =/

Well the bar is fine, but I'd like to know what the numbers mean. I don't want to sit there counting how many digits there are and working it from there 8S

They could even use locally appropriate number demarcation according to localization settings.
