Can't post on other forums

I can only post new topics on this Bugs and Technical Issues forum, any idea why I can't post new topics on the other forums???

I'm having the same problem and even then, my posts in this forum and all my replies to posts are being moderated. I don't even think this reply will show up until a mod approves it manually. Why is this board like this? I've never registered a new forum account for any gaming board and only been able to post in the technical support section, with all my posts moderated...
