save error?

My girlfriend wins the duell with invisible woman and in the token was Phoenix green . Later she started the game and there where no Phoenix and no token! So I'm not sure are here more people with problems like that she is really pissed. Here nickname name is ally black

    I have a similiair issue,
    I have been playing on my ipad last night, got a 4th moonstone (after making her a champion) and got my reward, a hulk 3 *.
    This morning when i played the game on my iphone, Moonstone was not upgraded, the Hulk was not upgraded, nor the levels i finished in the story mode, where not visible.
