Redundant Covers

I play this game obsessively (love marvel, love pq), but as I play more I'm finding less incentive to earn/buy cover packs. I have maxed out around fifteen of my twenty-one characters (powers, not xp) and pull about 9:1 redundant covers. I'm now more inclined to sit on/not buy coins until new packs are introduced.

Assigning some higher value to covers (125 ISOs aren't incentivizing me) or alternative uses for them would greatly encourage me to keep ripping packs.

As I suggested in a previous post, covers could be currency for reallocating power points. Or they could simply provide one full heal/revival to the character. Either of these would make me more likely to continue buying Heroic/2+-star packs.
