X-23 unavailable in Enemy of the State

I just noted that along with the various versions of Wolverine, X-23 is also locked and unavailable to play in Enemy of the state. Is this intentional (and if so, what's the reasoning?) or just an oversight? I see no good reason to not have her available...

    Not intentional i am thinking, they made very clear, she is removed from the other wolvies, as a separate entity.. she should be usable. Will send this to one of the devs for review.

    A Data push just went out, you can now select X-23 in EoTS
