Is a Super-Sized 2* at 3* Power?

Just wondering if anyone had Super-Sized a 2* all the way yet and how much more powerful it made them?

    If they didn't nerf them, yes. For example, Original Black Widow, when boosted, used to easily hang with a regular 166 3*. She is easily one of the best support characters in the game even though she's a 2*. However, 150 OBW now has about 1k less health than before the patch. Since 144 is going to be the max level a 2* can be championed to, they definitely don't measure up to a regular 166.

    It's possible that a boosted 144 2* can hang better with the average 3*, but that is nowhere as interesting as being able to run around with pre nerf perma boosted 2*s.
