Was drastic 5* scaling, Iso drought, skiptax, etc mentioned?

I know that FOR SURE the 20-Iso thing and the reward queue are being ignored.

What about the 2* rosters who have all 270 PvE opponents and 166 opponents in PvP, because of their one or two 5* covers?

Or ANY of the other stuff in the title? Have any of those quality of life things that people have been asking for been mentioned in any of the articles or videos or updates?

    This one at least has been spoken about by Ice during a podcast. So we know they know even if we do not know when it will be adressed :

    - There are three bracket modes: high level, mid-level, and newbie. Entry into bracket is 100% performance based with checks in place to prevent gaming the system.
