Time to update the way covers are given?

With the new rule that we can't buy covers with HP and instead need a ridiculous amount of CP should we be earning blank covers that we can apply to any power? This would also solve the problem of waiting on the last cover in the 5/5/2 build for a character before being able to max and then champion them.

    For 4*, it's check whether the cover you desire is available as the top prize for PvE or PvP, or the 2000 season reward, and grind accordingly. Or set the DDQ Vault until it's in there, then buy 300 Taco tokens

    Both of these options are either fun nor desireable compared to simply buying your last 4* cover for 2500HP.

    Well past time. If they are going to make it practically impossible to buy specific covers, they need to make sure those covers are given out as rewards in rotation (not skipped) more often.

    4*'s are rapidly approaching # of 3*'s. Therefore, they should be given out like 3*'s were - individually and alliance-wise for T100 PVP and PVE, and daily in DDQ's.
