Hi everyone,

It has been brought to our attention that some Magic: The Gathering - Puzzle Quest players who have reached out to our Customer Support team via the in-game support prompt have not yet received a response.

We are currently working on fixing the issue that prevented responses from our Support team from reaching players.

If you have sent in an MtGPQ-related Customer Support email or ticket in the last month and have not heard back from our CS team, please visit http://www.d3go.com/mobile-games-support and click on "Submit a request."

*If you are able to provide us with your UID or in-game player name (both found by clicking the menu tab in the upper-left corner of the screen, and then tapping "SETTINGS,") it will help expedite the process.
