Support Function Issue

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem. I had some connectivity issues and got charged multiple times for a single transaction. But that isn't the reason I'm writing this.

On iOS for iPhone and iPad (6 and Air 2 respectively), the typing scrolls up so that I can't actually see what I'm writing to support about. I'm using the iPhone spell check function to make sure I'm typing coherently.

Anyone else seeing this? I first sent a message to support a couple of weeks ago, and I haven't heard a peep. Sent a message to Hi-Fi as well with no response.
