You don't join a main bracket until you select an end time. The amount of people in your bracket should be in a red band above the black band that states how much time is left in the event. It is easiest to just check the last post in the thread, to see what the latest info someone has provided. If the time zone settings in your user profile are correct, you should be able view the time the person posted, to see how current their info is. There is a possibility of multiple brackets filling side by side, so join a "fresh" bracket at your own risk.

Useful info to provide

1)Time slice you are in
2)Current amount of people in bracket
3)Leader in bracket with amount of points
4)Time you joined the event, if it was not right before posting in the thread.

    Slice 4 veteran currently has 815 players, with AgentFoo in the lead with 5400 points

    Edit: sorry I forgot to update here earlier. It's full now.

    Decided to dive into slice 3. Currently 247 players. Bracket leader chocolate3066 has 7350 points, #10 has 4818 points. I don't think I'll get any Iceman covers this time.

    S5 Vet is currently at 632, and has gained 200 in past hour or so. Expect to fill sometime after lunch on west coast.

    ...as expected, S5 has filled at about 1pm PST.

    It's at 656 players now, so it has added less than 100 players in half a day. I don't think it will fill at this rate, unfortunately.

    I got stuck in a crusty s1 though, currently @882.

    Vet s5 is close to filling again 982 a while ago.. 2nd hand info
