SOLVED: Which characters are "powered up" for events?

Hello, I am fairly new to the game and have a basic question. For events, select characters are "powered up." I know that if I go into the event, the characters who are powered up are clearly stated through indication of higher-than-normal levels. However, I have quite a few characters that I have received, but I have not yet recruited. I would like to know if they are powered up, because if they are, I would recruit them for the event. Is there a list of characters that are powered up for each event? Thank you.

Go into event rewards page and click on event rules in the bottom left corner. It lists all powered up characters.
