Game crash upon booster purchace, no booster

Good day, I purchaced a single booster for 60 crystals then the game crashed. I went back in but there was no booster and no new cards in my inventory, but the crystal amount was reduced by 60. Is there anything i can do about that?
Also the game seems to cash a little too often on my phone, not sure if it overheats or if this issue is common?
