Though I do remember having an easy time getting the LT last time, so I shouldn't complain.0 -

I found it didn't take much effort to get to 10000 for the first sub, so this one shouldn't be too bad for a "get the LT and quit" run. I'm already 14,096 after one pass at the 2nd sub, so I'll probably hit that mark early in the 3rd sub tomorrow. I've only wiped once, on the Venom essential node with XWolv/Elektra/Antman, but that was just a bad board and unlucky cascades (but boy, Antman can be a pain once he gets going).0 -
Any surprises waiting in 2nd sub? 1st sub was incredibly tame (no complaints here!!)0
-
Love it when the 2k iso node is a Thing node. Stealing his tiles with Loki and then wrecking shop is never not satisfying.0

Not that I can tell. Whole thing was worth 4020 1st pass. Here's the hard nodes:
Sim 04: Quicksilver/Blade/Spidey
Sim 05: Cmags/Daredevil/Hood
Sim 06: IF/Scarlet Witch/Kingpin
Sim 07: *4 Cyclops/Jean Grey/CStorm
Essential Venom: Prof X/Fury/Falcon Cap
Essential Bullseye: 4* Thor/HBuster/Falcon Cap
Essential Moonstone: Rags/2* Ms Marvel/2* Daken0 -

sim 05 and 06 look brutal. probably fist/cage/4thor (05) and 4thor/jean/hood (06) for me.0 -

IF/Cage/SheHulk did the trick for me in every node but 06, where I swapped in Jean Grey for IF. I did feel lucky on that node tho, good board to start but I might not be so fortunate the next time (thankfully I got the CP from it first time)
Just be careful in 07 with IF, his Purple can easily set off Jean's Psychic Feedback.
Now I'm worried Cage and She-Hulk will be all over Sub 3 tomorrow...0 -
I'm relying on Cage, She-Hulk and Bullseye. It's very easy to get the kill with Bullseye's purple when you can use Cage's protect tile any time you want.0
-
just FYI - cstorm in the upper 200s up to 300 levels is just stupid OP. just sayin...0

Breezed though Sub 2 Simulation 7, 258 with 240/240/250
Took one Called Shot, which Thing kindly threw himself in front of

Ok, final sub is worth 5360 pts. Here's the Hard nodes:
Sim 04: GreySuitBW/She-Hulk/Capt Marvel
Sim 05: Black Panther/Punisher/Bullseye
Sim 06: Beast/Groot/Mr. Fantastic
Sim 07: Red Hulk/ XF Deadpool/ Thoress
Essential Venom: IW/Devil Dino/Antman
Essential Bullseye: Patch/Carnage/Doc Ock
Essential Moonstone: Kamala/2* Thor/ 2* Wolverine
Used IF/Cage/HulkBuster for these, only HB went doen in 07 to a Smite, but I was using him as a tank anyway.
Got the LT with that first clear so that's it for me on this event. Got my first Carnage, a (They do say suicide rates rise around the Holidays...)0 -
suggestions for Round 2 Sim 06 (IF/Switch/KP)
passed it on my first try last night, but I can't remember who I used. getting mollywhopped now....
(edit... just did pass it with Shulk/Cage/BE and a good board. still would like suggestions b/c I will need them for my 3rd attempt later today)0 -

I used Cage/She-Hulk/Jean Grey. Jean's Psychic Feedback will stun and drain them if SWitch's Arcane Incantation makes a : match 5, then drain them some more with She Hulk's Furious Charge when the stun gives you back a turn. Target IF first, then Kingpin. The above tactic should control Switch enough that you don't have to worry about her Reality Crush (KP will likely use that first anyway). The area attacks from jean's and SheHulk's should wear them all down quickly and Cage's can one shot any of them if you've got him leveled right.
UPDATE: Ugh, sorry I didn't see your roster didn't have a Jean or a strong Luke Cage. Your Shehulk can still drain, tho not two colors. They're not boosted, but your Cyclops and Capt Marvel look look good, have you tried those two? Capt M can tank damage and generate both and for Cyclops. Maybe Loki as a 3rd to deal with Switch's possible 4 and 5 matchs and shake up the board during KP's countdowns?
Bullseye is boosted, and yours looks good, maybe pair him with Spiderman as another option. His matches make defense tiles which you can then use with Bulls' Lethal Improvisation. Plus you can stun as needed. Use your She-hulk as a tank for them and her .0 -
What is everyone using for the Jean Grey node? (Sim 7, 2nd sub). Breezed through first time, but maybe a lucky board. Not getting powers ready to fire before getting hit/stunned.0
-
jam - I used jean/hood/4thor - jean really helps counter witch, and if timed right, her purple is a life-saver when kp throws yellow out there. if no jean, maybe gsbw? not really a counter but denying purple will get you somewhere, and her purple can match-4 away kp cds if they go off. must deny purple/black.
ouro - I used fist/hood/4thor - storm goes first - deny blue until she's gone, then purple/red. hood helps keep their ap in check. 2 for 3 so far on that one. this morning's clear a cascade got me and kp ended up with yellow and black. I saved purple until I gathered 12 black manually, denying whatever they build above 3 and depending on the board. by the time I had denied blue, then purple/red, and gathered 12 black, storm was downed from fist's attack and I could unleash thor and fist.0 -
for the Jean Grey node (which I thought was a lot easier than I thought it would be, esp after the node before it) I used IF/Gamora/3* Magneto, all of which you have0
