thinking in the future for alliance chat

What kind of chat apps or methods does everyone prefer for alliance based games? I highly doubt that the communication if there will be any in game will be that great. I think it would be great to have the community support one app for easy communication purposes. From my experiences with alliance chats I have always used a free app called line. Its great for creating alliance chats, trade groups or chat rooms for massive amounts of people.

I think that's for each individual alliance to decide.

Personally, I'd rather just stick to the forums and create an alliance thread.
