Are the snowflakes dynamically generated on the welcome screen?

    A new snowflake is generated every time someone gets the 20 ISO reward.

    We wouldn't be able I see the screen then it would be a white out. A snowflake is generated when someon pulls a gold token from non LT. That is why it is only a small flurry of snow!!!
