two questions regarding game mechanics

Hello,

If i stun the entire enemy team, they can still use their team up power. However if my entire team is stunned, it skips my turn immediately. Is this intended behaviour?

And second question, enemy AI had an unstable blast on the board, dealing x damage + an additional y damage for each purple countdown tile. But i had some purple countdown tiles on the board myself as well. Would my purple countdown tiles increase his damage? Since it did not specify that they had to be his:

    I do not have the answer to your questions, but I have another question that I've been wondering about that your post reminds me of. Not sure if it's bad form to ask here though.
