Grave Mist

I've run into an issue multiple times where Liliana's Grave Mist does not proc when I match the activation tiles. I just get the mana from the match but no damage is dealt. Not sure if it ever happened during the rank 1 spell but for sure has happened multiple times with rank 2.

    After continued use, the problem seems to stem from left over activation tiles. On your next turn it seems that the activation tiles that are left over do nothing even though they are still highlighted. I noticed the same issue with the Fetid Imp. Is this intentional?
