What are those little medallion Quick Battle awards?

I haven't seen a use for them yet, but I've accumulated somewhere around 35, I think. Can't tell for sure. Was just curious if they're used for anything and if I've missed something.

    You have not missed anything. There is no explanation for them yet. I'm guessing they are just some type of placeholder until they get more stuff fleshed out regarding rewards for Leaderboard Quick Play and create Events, etc...

    In another thread, IceIX talks about plans to roll out a lot more stuff during 1.3.0 update, which he does not have a time frame for but most likely after the holidays.

    I also noticed that most of the time you'll receive a +1 medallion, but occasionally I got a +3 and I believe I got a +5 once.

    Its based on character level difference.

    if they are >=2 levels higher than you, you get 50 bonus and 1 medallion thing for every level they are higher.
