Cho is terrible, because he doesn't offer hot dogs to his teammates! The worst part is that so many of the dogs even miss his mouth!

    I mean he doesn't seem very good, maybe I'm missing something obvious but he has a move that creates blue and then one that can't be used unless there are less then a certain number of blue.

    He's the first MPQ anti feeder.
