Suppress the "TU" graphic on multi-use CD abilities

I'm talking about abilities like Blade's Nightstalker, Human Torch's Flame Jet or Black Panther's Defense Grid: countdown tile abilities which activate every turn (or every other turn) and then reset. If you use these abilities as the actual character, you don't see any on-screen notification when the CD tile "expires" and resets. But if you use a TU of these abilities, the big square "Team Up" graphic appears in the middle of the screen every time the CD activates. This gets incredibly tedious.
